Weekly Skin Idea - Sweet Tooth Ziggs

Hello summoners, today i present the skin Sweet Tooth Ziggs! I found the skin on this DeviantArt. I really like the fact that he throws explosive cupcakes at his enemies and his glasses are just awesome with those little spirals in them.
