Weekly Skin Idea - Mafia Fizz

Hello summoner, inarwhale here with the skin idea for this week. This weeks skin idea is Mafia Fizz, i found this skin concept on DeviantART by SaucyCracker(he is also the creator of Archlight Thresh). I like that in this skin Fizz is full of bling and he wields a tommy gun harpoon instead of a trident. Now, if you look at the bottom left corner of the skin splash art you will see a very familiar figure...IT'S TEEMO! It looks like Teemo is in a little bit of trouble there and Fizz's awesome Hammerhead Shark is going to eat Teemo. I would really play alot more Fizz if this skin was available for purchase.
