Disappointed with Riot support lately

About two weeks ago I e-mailed Riot support and they still haven't gotten back to me. Usually when I contact Riot support I get a response within the next 48 hours or maximum a week, but we are going on three weeks now and I still haven't gotten a response. This is quite unusual for Riot considering that they have some of the best customer support in the video game industry. I am just hoping that it is just me and nobody else is having this problem.
