Current PBE changes - Tristana champion update, new skins, new ward skin, and update to spawnpool!

This week the PBE got updated with tons of new skins, an update to the spawnpools, a new ward skin, and the new Tristana update! The new skins include: Arbiter Vel'Koz, Firecracker Jinx, Sweetheart Annie, Warring Kingdoms Katarina, and Warring Kingdoms Nidalee.

Spawnpool Update:

The spawnpools got a very little update concerning the gate that prevents you from walking out of the spawnpool before 0:20.

New Ward skin:

The new Warring Kingdoms ward skin in now on the PBE.

New skins:

Five new skins have been added to the PBE. Arbiter Vel'Koz, Firecracker Jinx, Sweetheart Annie, Warring Kingdoms Katarina, and Warring Kingdoms Nidalee.
